Cup Of Convenience
Over fifty percent of Americans have at least two cups of coffee a day. That guarantees the
odds that approximately fifty percent of you, while reading this right now are drinking coffee.
Most likely, one of your hands is currently holding your cup of Joe and the other is holding your
phone, scrolling through this blog post. While we love the efficiency of ingesting your caffeine
and reading at the same time, what if you could enjoy your coffee the first time without having
to already start thinking of the next way to get your fix? We know what you’re thinking, it’s
2021, how does one suggest we all get through our day on just one cup?
One word our friend: Robusta [coffee beans]
Robusta beans contain a higher caffeine content, twice the caffeine content determined in
Arabica beans producing a bolder and stronger cup. These beans make the cup stronger
because they can have anywhere between 25%-80% more chlorogenic acid (CGA) than your
average Arabica beans. CGA is best used to reduce inflammation both inside and out; it’s most
prominent benefits are:
• Helps with joint pain
• Assists with skin issues
• Weight loss
• Prevents diabetes
• Encourages cells to heal
• Improves perception and physical performance
• Great nervous system stimulant
Ok, you caught me… That last one, while true, is basically the sugar coated way of saying,
“Morning staple” because most of us find ourselves reaching for that cup of coffee for the
obvious, we need a little wake-me-up. Or as I, personally, like to say, “No coffee, no work-ee.”
We’re victims of pouring one cup in the morning anticipating there to be a time for that mid-day
pick-me-up that doesn’t always come. Instead of praying to find a drive-thru with no line how
can we better get this kick in the rear without having to sit on our rear and wait?
We began to notice the change in gears in 2020, the year everything became individually
wrapped. Ironically enough, travel accessories were one of the top selling items last year, even
though travel was and still is at an all time low. In a consumer driven economy where up until
the pandemic, convenience was key for most of us to get through our days, it turned out when
we were forced to work from home, convince was still key.
Then take your one-coffee-a-day drinker, for these people their coffee is looked at as a luxury.
If you looked up the phrase, “Hard working American” you couldn’t find a picture in your
Google search of a person not holding a cup of coffee in their hand. A lot of us believe we
deserve that one cup of coffee we have a day because you know what, we do! That’s why
Boomer Naturals has decided in 2021 that we deserve both, coffee and luxury; not just the
luxury of coffee. But how you ask?
We’ve seen all of our favorite drinks that we used to get at restaurants and bars condensed
down into the size of a packet that fits into your pocket or purse. Even health gurus decided to
get in on the trend and have taken your daily amount of proteins, collagens, vitamins/minerals
and have individually prepared them for you to ensure you’re getting your allotted servings for
the day. At first many of us thought, “Why?” We wouldn’t forget. Wrong.
Traditionally, Vietnamese coffee is known for having a dark roast. The roasting process often
includes added flavors such as mocha, chicory, vanilla, or butter. Boomer Naturals Vietnamese
Coffee opts for an all-natural European-style roast, that lets the natural flavors of our specialty
bean brew through. This particular type of coffee is high in antioxidants. According to research,
around 1,000 antioxidants exist in Vietnamese coffee beans, therefore, drinking this coffee is
highly recommended to prevent free radicals.
So we know we sound bias here at Boomer Naturals and maybe it’s because we’re all hyped
up after numerous sample testings to perfect our own Vietnamese coffee. But based off you
reading this strictly after just seeing the title, you must love coffee as much as us.
After not taking a poll, here are some reasons all of us, here at Boomer Naturals, think you
should always have a coffee accessible…
Reasons To Have Coffee Always Readily Available:
• It’s 3 p.m. and your boss gave you a project you have to have in by the end of the day
(a.k.a. in 2 hours)
• The kids just told you about a school function that they have to attend tonight, which means
you have to attend too
• The significant other just proposed a surprise date night but you’ve had a long day but also
you have been dropping hints for awhile so ready or not
• It’s your weekend and you have a million and one errands to run but also deserve to sleep-in
a few extra hours
• Oooops, you’re overbooked and have back-to-back plans but are lacking the energy of a
• Cheering on the kids in soccer all weekend and your inner cheerleader runs on caffeine and
lots of orange slices
No matter what you’re doing, we believe you can have your coffee and drink it too and still
power through your day. One of the perks to using Vietnamese coffee is that it does not need
to be refrigerated and can be served however you please. It can be hot or cold and even
though Vietnamese coffee is traditionally served with sweetened condensed milk, you can save
that step for home. However you choose to drink your coffee on-the-go, just know you deserve
that cup; and if it doesn’t have your name monogrammed on it, it should. Take at least a
second when you sip it to relax because the next thing you know, your kid is dribbling the
soccer ball up the sideline, he shoots and he scores! And just like that, you are back to being a
cheerleader; pom-pom in one hand, coffee in the other.
